The headquarters of Neogenix Laboratoire is located at Kelana Square, Petaling Jaya, consisting two main departments in its operation:
Diagnostic Department: Molecular Infectious Disease Laboratory (MID Lab), Molecular Genetic & Oncology Laboratory (GO Lab
Research Department: Research Laboratory (R&D Lab)
Diagnostic Department offers the highest quality molecular diagnostic tests, which benefits the medical practitioners, patients, and health care providers. NeoGenix is a niche player specializing in molecular infectious diseases and oncology testing, utilizing the techniques of standard PCR, real-time PCR, microarray, mass spectrometer and Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) technologies.
Diagnostic services offered by NeoGenix integrate strict quality controls to ensure NeoGenix practices compliance to international standards and guidelines of Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and ISO 15189. NeoGenix also participates in external quality assurance programs organized by the College of American Pathologists (CAP), Genomics Quality Assessment (GenQA), Royal College of Pathologists of Australasia (RCPA) and Quality Control for Molecular Diagnostics (QCMD), to indicate the accuracy and precision attained in our diagnostic testing and meet the international standards. Research Department collaborates with research universities, and industries for research projects. It also offers a wide range of customized life science services in the field of research and development, such as DNA and RNA extraction, bioanalyzer, tapestation and gene expression microarray services, NGS and bioinformatics analysis.
